Return & Exchange Policy
At Peakzooc.com, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within the return warranty period of 30 days. Please note that products returned without quality problems require the buyer to pay for the freight.

To initiate the RMA process, please follow these three easy steps:
Step 1: Get RMA Authorization
To obtain RMA authorization, please send an email to peakzooc@gmail.com with your RMA request. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. Your RMA request should include the order number, reason for the return, images of the product, whether you want a replacement or refund, and any other relevant concerns.
Step 2: Ship the Return Goods
Once you receive RMA authorization, ship the return goods back to us. Please make sure that the return item is in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and with the shipping address from the peakzooc.com customer service center. We recommend that you use a tracking shipping method and provide us with the tracking number. Peakzooc.com will not be responsible for any missing return shipments.
Step 3: Get the Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving your return package, Peakzooc.com will arrange for a replacement or refund within 1-3 business days. If you choose a refund, the money will be returned to you within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive the money after 5 business days, please contact us at peakzooc@gmail.com.
Please note that all shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to peakzooc.com's error, such as receiving broken or incorrect items, please take a photo and send it to us, and we will cover the shipping fee.
We recommend that you contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee, and use the cheapest registered airmail method available.
Please note that any return or exchange application must be approved in advance by contacting us via email at peakzooc@gmail.com. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
Return Conditions:
If the product is defective or unusable before you start using it, you can return it to us within the valid warranty period (30 days). However, please note that we will not accept returns for the following:
- Any item not purchased from Peakzooc.com
- Any item without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products that are missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unable to read the serial number
- Any product returned due to the wrong purchase of the product due to the customer's personal reasons
- Items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items that originally came with the item
- Any item that is physically damaged or damaged by accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
If we receive a product that does meet the return conditions, we will refund it to you at our own expense.
